Asparagus Pancakes

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp. garam masala

2 cups sliced asparagus

3 tsp. ginger finely chopped

1-2 tbsp. fresh coriander leaves

2 or 3 green chilies finely chopped

1 ½ tbsp. lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend the ingredients in a bowl and add water to it.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 160 F and cook for 25 minutes.
Continue turning them over to cook uniformly. Serve either with mint chutney or ketchup.
