Air Fryer Scrambled Egg Muffin

INGREDIENTS

6 eggs

1/2-pound pork sausage

1/2 cup chopped green pepper and onion 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 tbsp salt and garlic powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat air fryer to 175° F.
Lightly oil 6 biscuit tins Add wiener to a saucer over medium-high warm. Cook and mix for 10 to 15 minutes or until frankfurter are equally dark-colored and brittle.
Beat eggs into a bowl. Include onion, green pepper, garlic powder, and salt and mix.
Include cooked hotdog and cheese and blend.
Fill into arranged biscuit tins.
Place biscuit tins into the air fryer group by clump and heat for 22 to 25 minutes or until fork embedded into the middle confesses all.
Repeat for the residual bunch. Serve hot for breakfast!
