6 cups packed kale leaves, de-stemmed.
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp soy sauce, low in sodium
1 tsp black sesame seeds
1/2 tsp dried garlic, minced
Poppy seeds (optional)
Wash and dry kale leaves and attack pieces.
Toss with olive oil and soy sauce in a bowl ensuring the leaves are covered equitably.
Place piece of kale leaves in air fryer basket and cook at 188°C for 6 minutes or until fresh.
Shake basket partially through cooking.
Place kale leaves on a level sheet and sprinkles with sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and garlic.
Repeat for the residual group.
Serve nibble. minutes or until fork embedded into the middle confesses all.
Repeat for the outstanding cluster. Serve hot for breakfast!
