Turkey fritters

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp. garam masala

1 lb. minced turkey

3 tsp ginger finely chopped

1-2- tbsp. fresh coriander leaves

2 or 3- green chilies

1 ½- tbsp. lemon juice

Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend the ingredients in a bowl.
Form this blend into round, flat galettes.
Wet the galettes with a small amount of water.
Coat each galette with crushed peanuts.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 160 F for 5 minutes.
Place the galettes in the fry bin and let them cook for an additional 25 minutes.
Continue turning them over to cook uniformly.
Serve with mint chutney or ketchup.
