Duck fingers

INGREDIENTS

1 lb. boneless duck

2 cup dry breadcrumbs

2 tsp. oregano

2 tsp. red chili flakes

Marinade:

1 ½- tbsp. ginger-garlic paste

4- tbsp. lemon juice

2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. pepper powder

1 tsp. red chili powder

6- tbsp. corn flour

4- eggs

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend all marinade ingredients and soak the meat for 20-30 minutes. Blend the breadcrumbs, oregano and red chili well and dip the marinated fingers in this mix.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 160 F for 5 minutes.
Cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
