Cheese Carp Fries

INGREDIENTS

1 lb. carp fingers

Ingredients: for the marinade:

1 tbsp. olive oil

1 tsp. mixed herbs

½- tsp. red chili flakes

A pinch of salt to taste

1 tbsp. lemon juice

For the garnish:

1 cup melted cheddar

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend all marinade ingredients and soak the meat for 20-30 minutes. Blend the breadcrumbs, oregano and red chili well and dip the marinated fingers in this mix.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 160 F for 5 minutes.
Cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
