Total time: 20 minutes
12 oz. Broccoli
10 tbsp evaporated milk, low in fat
5 tbsp fresh Mexican cheese
6 saltine crackers, 3 tbsp Amarillo paste.
Spray broccoli florets with cooking spray and place in air fryer basket without overlapping.
Cook at 375°F for 7 minutes until crispy and tender.
Blend evaporated milk, cheese, paste and saltines together until smooth. Pour mixture into a bowl and microwave for about 30 seconds. Serve sauce with broccoli.
